One good act was chasing the other, under a clear blue sky and endless sunshine (and, as the sun went down, under an enchanting composition of balloons). A gorgeous scenery of mountains and smiling faces everywhere you’d turn. Thank you for showing up so numerously – after all, it was you who made the party what it was.

To date, many have already approached us inquiring about this year’s Vision – it seems as if you’ve not had enough yet.

We’re very sorry to have to let you know that the beautiful spot above Thun won’t be available to us this year. The community of Schwanden, with which we’ve experienced a very uncomplicated cooperation, has requested a pause after two consecutive events. This whish had been uttered during the the very first talks in 2009. DekaDance respects this standpoint. Furthermore the ownership of the said land has changed.

Time has been too short to find an adequate replacement. This year there will be no Vision – most unfortunately! So we’ll be taking a deep breath this summer, gathering ourselves for the Vision in 2013! Pray that the world won’t end as preditcted – it will be worth it!

Even with this compulsory break, we’re not sitting around inactively, we’re already on the look-out for a new beauty spot for the next year – to be sure it will be happening in any case. By the way: relevant hints in this matter are always welcome and will be well rewarded.

This will improve the situation greatly – and we’re happy to say goodbye to last year’s chaos (that was also caused by a fire on a railroad engine between Berne and Thun…)!

Live wird alles geloopt was irgendwie den Weg zum Mikrofon findet. Dazu werden in bester Alleinunterhalter-Manier ein gutes Dutzend Instrumente bedient,
um dann in größter Eile mit dem kleinen linken Zeh- oder was immer noch zur Verfügung steht-
den Regler seiner Beatmaschine bedienen zu können. Dabei verheddert er sich dann und wann in einem Kabel. Aber es kommt alles gut, nein, grossartig…
